Arthur is one of a group of dogs that were in a hoarding situation.  He's made it to a rescue group and is looking for a family that will love him, and teach him what the good life is all about.  He has curly hair.  He is more quiet and reserved.  He loves to snuggle and feels safe when he's in your arms.

He is neutered.  He was heartworm positive and has been through treatment.  He is vaccinated and microchipped.  He needs to learn about house training.

His adoption fee is $100.
